Overview

RedHeader PRO™ is a construction solution designed to streamline the framing process for rough openings in walls, particularly for windows and doors. It significantly reduces on-site labour by up to 50% by minimizing the number of wall framing components required. The system boasts a superior strength-to-weight ratio, allowing for higher performance with fewer components. Unlike conventional methods that use multiple studs, tracks, and screws, the RedHeader PRO™ utilizes a one-piece header and jamb. The system comprises three main components: the header, jamb stud, and header bracket, and is suitable for both exterior curtain wall and interior non-load bearing applications. Installation involves fastening the header bracket to the jamb stud, sliding the header into the bracket, and securing it with screws.
